We have 3 openings for Customer Service Reps. This is for a project that will last for 6 weeks!
Location: Irvine borderline Newport Beach-Onsite
Work Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 8:30-5pm,
Wednesday and Thursday: 9:30-6:30
Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of inbound calls/outbound calls dials and provide outstanding customer service to prospective students, fellow co-workers, and executives.
Follow scripts based on call and provide information to prospective students in response to inquiries, perform data entry, transfer calls to teak member and assign CRM record.
Receive and screen inbound calls, route them to appropriate departments or individuals, take detailed accurate messages and forward accordingly.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred
Recent work experience in a call center is preferred
Customer Service experience working in an office setting
Experience with handling high volume of telephone calls with courtesy, speed and accuracy
Telephone Auto Dialing System experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS
